Short Film2024
A lost and exhausted soldier steps on a landmine. Her only wish is to make it back home to her son.
A lost and exhausted soldier finds herself alone in hostile territory when she accidentally steps on a landmine. Unable to move without setting it off, she is forced to face the possibility of never making it home again. Until an enemy child appears in front of her and suddenly becomes her only chance of survival.
As she tries to communicate with the child, her thoughts return to the son waiting for her at home. In a place scarred by war, the encounter turns a fight for survival into a fragile act of trust between two human beings who, for a moment, stop being enemies.
